Minutes Applause For Killed City Supporter

Loss of City supporter to be marked Coventry City will mark the sad loss of season ticket holder Graham Beal, who was killed returning from City's 1-1 draw at Bristol City on Saturday with a minute's applause prior to tomorrow night's home game with Nottingham Forest. Mr Beal, a Block 15 season ticket holder from Atherstone, was in a white car type van which appeared to suffer a tyre blow out in the fast lane of the M5 on Saturday night around 6.20pm. The vehicle careered over two lanes before turning over on the driver's side just before Junction 6. Passenger Neil Randle is in the Worcester Royal Hospital with head and neck injuries. As well as the minute's applause, the players will wear black arm bands.
