Mifsud On The Mark Again
Another international goal for City Old Boy Former Coventry City striker Michael Mifsud was again on target for Malta. Mifsud, who scored for his country against Croatia on Friday, drew Malta level in their European Championship Qualifier against Georgia at the Ta' Qali National Stadium with a 25th minute goal after Kankava had put the visitors ahead in the 15th minute. Mifsud had a number of chances in the game including a 67th minute from a Bogdanovic corner in the match which finished 1-1. Robbie Keane played for the Republic Of Ireland in their 0-0 draw in Russia. Keiren Westwood was on the bench.
