Mifsud Denies Valetta Move
City Old Boy News Former Coventry City forward Michael Mifsud has denied reports linking him to a stay at Maltese club Valetta. Valetta had expressed an interest in the striker to help with their European campaign but Mifsud has said he is looking to play abroad and told The Times Of Malta who ran the original story. “I don’t know where these stories come from. “It’s unbelievable how people seem only interested in spreading rumours. "There’s no truth in reports that I’m about to join a particular club... at the moment I’m just trying to relax. “The only thing I can confirm is that I’m doing my best to continue my career overseas. I’ve had discussions with some foreign clubs.”
