McSheffrey on the importance of the next two league games.

Coventry City's Gary McSheffrey has said that the Sky Blues must concentrate on their league form before they can start thinking about the second leg of the Johnstones Paint Trophy Northern Area Final and trying to over-come a three goal deficit.

City, who have been making a steady push towards the play-offs since Mark Robins took over, have a vital league matches at home to Yeovil Town on Saturday and away to Bury on February 16th.

Speaking to the Coventry Observer's Steve Carpenter, McSheffrey said: “It is always disappointing the night you lose and the day after but come Thursday and Friday we'll be ready to train and prepare for the game.

“That's the good thing about football there's always the next game to put things right and we've got a couple of league games now between the second leg and we've just got to concentrate on our league form and make sure that doesn't get affected by this.”
