McPake In Fitness Battle
McPake hoping to be fit James McPake is in a battle to be fit for Coventry City's Championship match at Crystal Palace on Saturday.The Scot had to be replaced in the 63rd minute of City's 2-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night when a back problem reared up.Speaking to the CT, McPake said: "I got to 65 minutes and it just tightened up and my hamstring was tightening up as well so I came off as a precaution because I don't want to be out for six weeks with a tear or something."I am hoping it settles down for Saturday.
