Ref announced The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's Championship game at Leicester City is Lee Mason.Hailing from Bolton, Mr Mason is Chairman of the Bolton Referees Association and his brother played for Bolton and Boston. He was promoted to the Select Referees list in 2006 and his first Premier League game was Middlesbrough's 4-0 win against Aston Villa.He has had thirty matches this season including City's 3-1 win over Barnsley and shown 92 yellow cards and five red.Mr Mason has been in charge of City's 1-0 defeat at Wolves in October 2006, the 3-2 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday in October 2005, the 1-1 v Cardiff at home in March 2005, the 2-1 win at Rotherham in January 2005, the 6-1 win at Walsall in January 2004, the 4-2 home win against Stoke in September 2003 and the 1-0 defeat at Rotherham in February 2003.
