According to Sky Sports, Mansfield Town are interested in former Coventry City midfielder Steven Jennings.
The midfielder had been deemed surplus to requirements as part of the cuts forced on Steven Pressley by Tim Fisher and his SISU cohorts and he was in the 'bomb squad' until the club made arrangements to pay off his contract in installments.
Jennings had been training at one of his former clubs Tranmere Rovers and is now training with The Stags so Paul Cox can take a look at him.
