Coventry City Caretaker Manager Richard Shaw feels that leadership amongst the players is needed.
Speaking to City's Club Journalist Keiran Crowley, Shaw said: "We work hard all week on the training pitch and you are trusting the players when they cross that white line, that they are going to get the job done.
"I think it is something you are born with or your not. You are born with making the right decisions, you are born with the ability to be a leader. "Along with that desire, you have to say some of us don't really have it. That's the bottom line. You can't coach that. "You can coach passing and the system we play but you can't coach that willingness to be in that position and make sure you are giving it your all for the side. "What is happening at the moment should really hurt the players and hopefully that can draw that out of them."
