City boss wants to continue with balanced football Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd wants his side to continue playing the same sort of football they have in the last two matches against Crystal Palace and Sheffield United.City have played more of a passing game, with the emphasis on attacking and the team has looked far better balanced than in other games this season, rather than "hoofball" which Aidy Boothroyd has been associated with since his Watford days and a label which he is known to resent."I want us to attack and go behind the opposition when they drop off, keep the ball and play across the pitch," said Boothroyd to the CT. "And I said to the players this week, that is what I am after, and if we can maintain that, or a variation of that, then we will certainly win more than we lose."They were enjoying it and that takes time and I still feel we are nowhere hear where we can be. For me, I think it is always a question of style and efficiency. But if you put style before efficiency when you go into a new club then you are going to have a problem."That's just my way - rightly or wrongly - I always go for efficiency and then style because that way you have always got something to fall back on if you don't play particularly well. And that's what we are all working to do here and then you have the framework in place and everyone can express themselves within that framework."
