Former Coventry City youngster Shaun Jeffers has signed for Peterborough United.
Bedford hailing Jeffers came through City's Academy to win a professional contract but was restricted when it came to first team appearances and not offered a new deal when his contract expired on June 30th.
Jeffers has signed at London Road for the rest of the season after impressing in a two week trial and scoring for Peterborough Reserves against Stevenage on Monday.
