It's goodbye to seven
Seven players leave on expiry of their contracts Seven Coventry City players have left the club today after their contracts expired at midnight on 30th June. Clinton Morrison, Stephen Wright, Marcus Hall, Dimitrios Konstantopoulos, Elliott Ward, Curtis Wynter and Ashley Cain all were not offered new contracts by the previous manager Chris Coleman and have been free to look for new clubs. The club issued a statement saying, "Coventry City Football Club would like to wish these players the best of luck in their search for new clubs."
