Thorn praise for City supporters Coventry City manager Andy Thorn has thanked the City supporters for their backing in helping him get the job. Speaking to the CT, Thorn who had City supporters demanding he be given the job at a number of away games as well as massive support via polls etc said: "The fans have appreciated what we have done and that's great. "I have got a really good rapport with the, and I want to take that on and on now because the better we get, the more people will come and watch us. It can be a big snowball effect and we need to do that to get the club back to where we need to be. "I always think a happy club is a successful club and if you are happy on the pitch, 99% of the time it is because the fans are happy with you. "When they start singing and cheering your name, well you can't beat that and that's what has happened in the last six to eight games. "They have got right behind the players and given everyone a lift and I want to be successful for them."
