NOVEMBER sees the launch of the brand new InForm project delivered by Sky Blues in the Community. InForm aims to get adult men playing football; whether you have never played, stopped playing a few years ago, or play now and again - InForm provides FREE weekly informal football activities at venues across Coventry.
The Sky Blues in the Community InForm coaches will provide fitness plans and information on eating well; as well measuring fitness levels - giving you the opportunity to get some of the professional support offered to the Sky Blues players!
There will also be some fantastic incentives available for players, encouraging you to attend regularly. These will include free match tickets, workshops and tours at the Ricoh Arena and other CCFC goodies and giveaways.
So if you are over 18, like football and want to get involved, then find the nearest centre to you and book your FREE place.
