Ice man has ice cold swim
Gunnarsson tells of cold swim Coventry City's Icelandic star Aron Gunnarsson has revealed that the fitness coaches have made the squad go for a swim in the ice cold waters of the River Traum at their Austrian training camp at the idyllic village of Obertraum. Gunnarsson said, "The fitness coaches say the temperature of the water helps relax your muscles because with us training three times a day with how hot it has been, it does take a lot out of you but that's what we're here for." "We obviously want to show the fans back home that we can do better than we did last season so we are all working as hard as we can to make sure that happens."
