Coventry City striker Leon Clarke has admitted that he does not have the fondest memories of his time at Swindon Town.
Speaking about his time at the County Ground, which was ended by Paolo Di Canio, Clarke told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “It wasn’t the best time in my career. I wasn’t there for very long and obviously after what happened I went to Chesterfield where I was prolific and then I went to Charlton after that.
“So I don’t have the fondest memories of Swindon, but that’s all in the past and I have to get on with the present and future.”
