A look at Howard Webb. This evening, English referee Howard Webb takes on the biggest game of his career when he referees the World Cup Final between Holland and Spain in Soccer City, Johannesburg. But you have to go back to 2004 for the last time, he was in charge of a Coventry City match. That game was on April 17th 2004 and saw the Sky Blues go down to a 2-0 against West Ham United at Upton Park.Mr Webb showed two yellow cards in that game and two in the Sky Blues 2-0 victory at Wolves on December 14th 2002.His last visit to Coventry to referee a game was at Highfield Road on September 22nd 2001 when he was in charge of City's 2-0 win over Portsmouth. Again two players were cautioned in that game.
