The Guardian have issued a response to the letter sent to them by solicitors Speechly Bircham acting on behalf of the Otium Entertainment Group regarding an article by David Conn which the club was not happy about.
The Coventry Telegraph have quoted a Guardian News & Media spokesperson as saying: “In line with our standard complaints procedure, the Guardian’s independent readers’ editor provided a substantive response to the complainant’s concerns.
"We will of course cooperate with any PCC investigation, although we currently await an update from the PCC in terms of whether an investigation will be necessary.”
