Give Thorn the job - Jutkiewicz

Lukas Jutkiewicz has added his name to a growing list of Coventry players calling for caretaker manager Andy Thorn to be given the job permanently.

The 22-year-old striker joins defender Martin Cranie, midfielders Sammy Clingan and Aron Gunnarsson, and top-goalscorer Marlon King in backing Thorn to take over the reigns at the Ricoh Arena on a permanent basis.

He told the Coventry Telegraph: "I think it is important that there is stability at the club and Andy and H (Steve Harrison) bring that."

"They know the lads really well and have a really good understanding with each other and I can't see why they wouldn't be appointed full-time.

"They certainly deserve to get the job because our performances have improved so much and we have got points on the board, Andy has changed the confidence of the lads and he has every right to expect to get the job."
