Terry Gibson backs Andy Thorn to be City's next permanent manager Former Coventry City forward Terry Gibson has joined the calls for Andy Thorn to be made permanent manager of Coventry City. Gibson, who made 98 appearances for City before he went to Manchester United in exchange for Alan Brazil, played with Thorn at Wimbledon. Gibson tweeted: "trust me Thorny is the man! 1 of the most intelligent footballers I ever played with. Play up Sky Blues!"
