City old boy news Former Coventry City striker Paul Furlong is to continue his playing career.The 41 year old thought his playing days might be over when his contract at Barnet ended. However, he has signed for Conference side Kettering Town.Furlong who also played for Enfield, Birmingham, QPR, Watford and Chelsea made his Kettering debut in a pre-season game against MK Dons on Tuesday night and has also been given a coaching role at the Northamptonshire based club._______________________________________________________________Former City Reserve team keeper Mervyn Day has been appointed Chief Scout at Leeds United. _____________________________________________________________Dele Adebola is back to fitness after undergoing surgery.
