Frustrating Not Being Able To Field Our Strongest Team - Carsley

City skipper on not having the strongest team out Coventry City captain Lee Carsley has said that it is frustrating not being able to field the strongest team in recent matches.Speaking to the CT, the City skipper who is expected to be out for two more weeks, said: "We have got a good record that when we do take the lead we generally don't lose the game, so it has been disappointing to miss out in games where we have done that."It is frustrating because up until Christmas we were in a great position but on a personal level, especially those four games over Christmas, I might as well have sat in the house because I didn't think I contributed much to the team and that was at a point where we could have done with getting some consistency."At the different points of the season we have never had what the gaffer would consider his strongest team. "Ben Turner's been injured at times, Sammy Clingan's been out, I've been out and Marlon has been injured and suspended. "But when we have our strongest team out I feel that we can compete with anyone in this league quite comfortably."
