Fox unsure of international future

The Cheshire-born left-back has still to make a competitive appearance for the England Under-21's after withdrawing from the squad to face Ecuador this week with a knee injury, and he qualifies to play for Scotland via his grandfather.

Asked if he favours one nation over the other, he told the Coventry Telegraph: "I don't know, I am still undecided.

"I didn't get picked (by England) for the European Championship qualifiers and that was a bit disheartening, but maybe I have turned the manager's head a little bit recently with my performances.

"Obviously Scotland have also shown an interest and I have sent my birth certificate off just to prove that I can play for them, and if that happens it will be great."
