Former Coventry Sphinx Youth striker Connor Taylor starred for Aston Villa in the Hong Kong Sevens Tournament.
Coventry born Taylor, who spent part of the season just gone on loan at Tamworth, scored an extra time winner to give Villa a 3-2 win over Leicester and then played in the Semi-Final victory over Rangers.
Villa had already lost 1-0 to Newcastle United in group stages and although they scored through Jack Grealish, Newcastle scored twice to win the tournament.
