Davenport and Roussel in the news Two  former Coventry City  players could be on the verge of finding new clubs. Calum Davenport and Cedric Roussel are both free agents and are looking for clubs. Calum Davenport, who suffered career threatening injuries after he was stabbed in both legs by his sister's former boyfriend, is being considered by Leeds United. Leeds manager Simon Grayson is to have a look at Davenport in a friendly game to be played in private before deciding whether to offer the 27 year old a way back into football. Another former Sky Blue, the 32 year old striker Cedric Roussel, has been offered a trial at Scottish side Kilmarnock. The SPL side are short of strikers and are looking to add to their squad as quickly as possible. Kilmarnock boss Manager Mixu Paatelainen is considering Roussel who is a free agent after leaving his home town club R.A.E.C. Mons. Paatelainen told The Telegraph, "Roussel is an experienced player who can score goals so hopefully he's the one, If not, it'll be someone else. He's over 30 but it doesn't matter if a player is 19 or 40 as long as he improves our squad."
