According to the Daily Star this morning, former Coventry City youngster Danny Sturridge is the subject of a £15m bid from Liverpool.
The 22 year old has been reported as being frustrated at the lack of opportunities at Chelsea since Roberto Di Matteo took over as caretaker boss and with Liverpool having off-loaded Dirk Kuyt to Fenerbahce, Sturrudge would be a fitting replacement.
