Former Coventry City Ladies manager Paul Cudby is looking to return to coaching or management.

Cudby, who steered the Sky Blues to back to back promotions, is hoping to be involved with a club again either a Conference level mens side or in the higher levels of the womens game as a coach or assistant manager.

Speaking to Matt Davies of the Nuneaton News, Cudby said;  “I had to give it up last October. I got a promotion at work, my step dad died and my wife was pregnant.

“There were too many plates spinning so I had to let one of them drop and that was Coventry.

“It was a difficult choice as I had a great time there and we were successful. I always wanted to get back in once the wobbly plates settled. My son Zach is four weeks old now and doing well so things are settling down.

“I wouldn’t necessarily want to be a manager with a young son. “I don’t want to be on the phone all the time, but I feel I can help a manager out as a coach or assistant.

“I don’t mind whether I get back into women’s football or move into men’s. I feel I have something to offer.”
