Eastwood determined to kick on

After rising to prominence during three goal-rich seasons with Southend, Eastwood's career has gone somewhat off track after he failed to reproduce that form following big-money moves to Wolves and Coventry.[LNB]But the 26-year-old Wales striker believes his heroics against the Posh could provide his Sky Blues career with the lift it needed.[LNB]"Hopefully this will kickstart my Coventry career in front of goal," he told the Coventry Telegraph. "I came here to score goals and I have got three in one game now and I will obviously be confident in every game I play now.[LNB]"After last season, when I only scored three goals, it couldn't have got much worse for me and it wasn't good enough. So this season I had to kick on.[LNB]"I don't think I started a game for the first 10 games but I have played the last three and got the rewards I have wanted. This is definitely the best spell of form I have had at Coventry."[LNB][LNB]
