With the transfer window now open, Deegan was finally able to wrap up his switch on Monday having first put pen to paper on his Sky Blues contract just before Christmas.[LNB]The Dublin-born 22-year-old, who was named in the 2009 PFAI team of the season, could make his debut in Saturday's clash against Barnsley at the Ricoh Arena and he told the club's official website: "I hope I can come here and add a bit of bite, get a bit ratty and unsettle players.[LNB]"But I like to get forward as well so hopefully I can give the manager another attacking option and hopefully get a few goals as well."[LNB]He added: "My stay has been great so far. All the lads have been good to me and made me feel welcome so I've enjoyed the short amount of time I've been here.[LNB]"From what I've seen so far, English football is that little bit quicker and you have to be a little bit sharper on the ball but if I can get 15 or 20 minutes to settle myself in I'm very much looking forward to that style of play."[LNB][LNB]
