Deal nearly done says Sky Scott Dann is close to completing a £6m deal to join Blackburn Rovers. According to Sky Sports News, the defender has passed a medical and is sorting out terms which will see Birmingham City receive £6m plus £2m in additional payments. Coventry City will benefit from the deal, receiving 10% of anything over £3m
