Former City defender wanted by Liverpool and Spurs Scott Dann, who joined Coventry City from Walsall in 2008 and was sold a year later to Birmingham City to generate transfer funds for the cash strapped club, is being linked with a move to either Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur. Since moving to Birmingham, Dann has proved he has the talent to cope in the Premier League and has become a favourite at St Andrews. Sky Sport is reporting that Roy Hodgson and Harry Redknapp are both interested in signing the 21 year old central defender. Dann said, "Obviously the speculation linking me with some top clubs in the Premier League is flattering.""Ultimately it is my ambition to play at the highest level with a major club like it is for any player, but for the time being I am happy playing at Birmingham and I am focused on doing my best for the club."
