Akpom out, Robinson in for City

Coventry will be without striker Chuba Akpom when they host Stevenage.

The Arsenal loanee was surprisingly recalled by his parent club on Monday and will not feature again for the Sky Blues this season.

However, midfielder Anton Robinson could be handed his Coventry debut by Steven Pressley after arriving on an emergency loan deal from Huddersfield.

Defender Dan Seaborne could return to the starting XI after coming off the bench during the weekend defeat at Bristol City on his return from suspension.

Stevenage will be without Dean Parrett and Roarie Deacon.

Parrett could miss the rest of the season after suffering a serious ankle injury during the second half of Saturday's 3-2 defeat by MK Dons.

Fellow midfielder Deacon will also be struggling to figure again this term after being told last week he requires an ankle operation.

But skipper Jon Ashton shrugged off the knee injury which was expected to keep him out at the weekend and came through the match unscathed, so he will start at the back again.
