Coventry v Port Vale

Stuart Beavon and Kwame Thomas are set to return to the Coventry squad against Port Vale on Tuesday night.

Beavon was rested for the defeat at MK Dons at the weekend due to fatigue, while Thomas was injured, but both players are now back in full training.

However, fellow striker Marcus Tudgay is out after suffering an ankle injury against the Dons and the club are awaiting the results of a scan to determine the full extent of the damage.

Kevin Foley continues to struggle with an ankle problem, but Jordan Willis and Chris Stokes are both fine after suffering no ill-effects on their return from injury on Saturday.

Vale are likely to be without midfielder Callum Guy, who was forced off during the first half of Friday's victory over Shrewsbury with a hamstring injury.

Forward Anton Forrester will also be assessed after requiring treatement during the first half and not returning after the interval.

Doubts also remain over the fitness of Scott Tanser, Kjell Knops, Jerome Thomas and Danny Pugh.

On-loan QPR winger Olamide Shodipo should be available before linking up for international duty with Republic of Ireland Under-21s.
