In a letter to Coventry MP Bob Ainsworth, Companies House are putting pressure on Otium Entertainment Group, Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd and Sky Blue Sports & Leisure to file their accounts.
The letter from Ann Lewis says that Companies House have escalated their enforcement action as part of their efforts to force companies to meet their statuatory responsibilies by filing their accounts.
Legal proceedings against the company directors for not filing accounts is one course of action that Companies House has at its disposal.
