Referee Appointed

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's League One game against Notts County on Saturday is Lee Collins from Surrey.

This is the third year for Mr Collins on the FL Referees List and he has only had three City matches before. His last City was the opening game of this season back in August at Crawley Town which City lost 3-2.

His two previous games were both last season and were the 2-1 home win over Oldham Athletic and the 2-2 draw at Swindon which saw John Fleck taken to hospital and Richard Wood sustain a broken nose in incidents that Mr Collins failed to punish. Eight players were booked in that game.

This season, according to Soccerbase, he had had eight matches (three of which have been League One fixtures) and shown 16 yellow cards and one red.  His last game was Newport County's 3-1 win over Southend on October 26th.

His Assistants are: Joe Hull and John Law. The Fourth Official is Christopher O'Donnell
