The West Brom centre-back's initial spell is due to run out on January 31 and Coleman is keen to keep the 24-year-old at the Ricoh Arena.[LNB]"I have spoken to Leon and I think there are one or two other clubs speaking to West Brom for his services," Coleman told the Coventry Telegraph. "We want to do a permanent deal and if we can't do that then we want to extend his loan until the end of the season.[LNB]"Leon is interested in doing that himself, so the chairman is speaking to West Brom and we will see what comes out of that."[LNB]Coleman is also still working hard to try and secure a deal for Gary Madine, who returned to parent club Carlisle last week.[LNB]He added: "I'm still hopeful that we can do a deal. We want one thing and Carlisle want another, which is what happens in deals, but the chairman is quite confident that we can agree something."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
