Former Coventry City manager Chris Coleman is expected to be named as the next manager of Wales.

Coleman is expected to be unveiled as the replacement for the late Gary Speed tomorrow lunchtime at a press conference.

Coleman, who was sacked in May 20 after two and a half years in charge of the Sky Blues and recently quit ht his job at Larissa in Greence, has already said: "Every manager wants one day to be in charge of his country and I'm no different.

"But ideally for me the opportunity wouldn't be here. It's only here because of one reason, and I wish it wasn't.

"But of course if I do get the position I'll be a very proud Welshman."
