Clingan ruled out for six weeks

The 25-year-old sustained the injury during Saturday's derby against the Foxes, and having grabbed the opening goal in the 1-1 draw, was forced to leave the Ricoh Arena on crutches. An X-ray has confirmed the extent of the damage and Clingan will now miss Northern Ireland's crucial World Cup qualifier against the Czech Republic next Wednesday. As well as sitting out in Prague, the Sky Blues' summer signing is expected to be sidelined for around five Championship games before returning to action next month.
