Away Average Better Than For Matches At Sixfields

If those running Coventry City FC needed proof that the City support think that Otium Entertainment Group's kidnapping of the club and holding it captive in Northampton is wrong, then it comes with the not surprising news that the Sky Blues have a bigger away average following than for matches at Sixfields this season.

Figures released by the Football League say that the average number of tickets sold for matches played at Sixfields Stadium due to the Sky Blues owners SISU having stopped paying their rent and then walking out of the Ricoh Arena, is 2,169 .

However, for City's away games this season, Coventry City have been taking an average of 2,272 on their travels, which included a superb 6,781 at MK Dons.
