Coventry City are to form a new club for those who are existing B Shareholders of Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd.
The 300 club will comprise of the 295 exisiting B shareholders, some of whom attended the meeting last night at the City Supporters Club in Freehold Street, and will offer rights and benefits.
Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd is to be wound up and monies it owes, will be absorbed into the Otium Entertainment Group.
