Coventry City will face Crewe Alexandra in the Johnstones Paint Trophy Northern Area Final.
Crewe booked their place in the Area Final which will see the first leg being played at the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday February 5th, with a 4-1 victory.
Kyel Reid fired The Bantams ahead in the 18th minute with a low shot into the bottom corner of the net on a cold night at Gresty Road in front of a crowd of 2,935.
However, two minutes before the interval, Crewe levelled when a Byron Moore shot went in off Nathan Doyle.
Both sides made changes in the second half with Crewe changing their keeper and Phil Parkinson bringing on former City loanee Zavron Hines.
Another of the changes for The Railwaymen was Max Clayton and he headed Crewe in front in the 77th minute.
In the final minute, Bradden Inmann hit a third and then Chuks Aneke.scored to see Crewe into the Area Final against the Sky Blues.
