The full list of accepted clubs is to be announced but the Sky Blues have applied to enter the FA Cup and have the Academy enter the FA Youth Cup.

Leamington FC have applied to enter the FA Cup, FA Trophy and FA Youth Cup.
Bedworth United have applied to enter the FA Cup and FA Trophy.
Coventry Sphinx have applied to enter the FA Cup, FA Vase and FA Youth Cup.
Coventry Copsewood have applied to enter the FA Vase.
Atherstone Town have applied to enter the FA Cup, FA Vase and FA Youth Cup.
