Coventry City are to be deducted a minimum of ten points this season by the Football League after it was proved that Coventry City are in administration.
The High Court case revealed that the Golden Share which is effectively the licence to run a club in the Football League/Premier League belonged to CCFC Ltd, who had been placed into administration on Thursday by SISU.
Despite claims made that CCFC Ltd was a non-operating subsiduary, the Football League and Football Association proved that the share was owned by CCFC Ltd and therefore the whole of the club is in administration and points will be deducted.
