Coventry City are looking for a new Head Of Recruitment.
CIty boss Steven Pressley has said that he wants someone to deal with signing players from Academy level upwards.
Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph: "A position has been advertised for a head of recruitment who will oversee all recruitment from the first team through to the Academy because we want a planned pathway for players, but we also want to identify the best players out there.
“And we can only do that with the right recruitment structure in place. Under him he will have a network of scouts who cover the length and breadth of the country because I want this club to start attracting the best players, and players of huge potential.”
