Coventry City Ladies FC have thanked everyone for their support during last night's epic Birmingham County FA Womens Cup Final win.
The Sky Blues won 4-3 on penalties after a 2-2 draw against a highly spirited and competitve Sporting Club Albion side and have thanked all those who went to the game at Solihull Moors as well as those who sent the club all the supportive texts, tweets and facebook messages.
City Ladies Vice Chairman TIm Kalns tweeted: "Thanks for all the supportive texts and tweets at last night's epic Birmingham County FA Cup Final versus Sporting Club Albion.
"Great to see so many of you there to enjoy a really tight encounter that kept us on the edge of our seats right up until the last kick and thanks too to all at Sporting Club Albion and their supporters for helping to make it such a competitive game and played in such a good atmosphere."
