Coventry City Ladies Reserves beat Blackburn Rovers 1-0 this afternoon.
At Westwood Heath, it was a glorious day for football and a very well contested even game. The Rovers keeper was the busier but there were no goals at the break.
Clough has hit a post and Rovers have gone close from free kick before CIty took the win in the final five minutes thanks to Archibald flicking on and Natalie Reay stepping inside her marker before planting a left footed shot into the corner of the net from 12 yards.
