City Down To Fifteenth

Championship manager Coventry City are down to fiftteenth in the Championship table after their 2-1 home defeat to fourth placed. Nottingham Forest tonight.City have 36 points from 29 games but Derby, Ipswich and Middlesbrough who are directly below them in the table have games in hand.Leaders QPR have five points clear after a 2-0 home win against Portsmouth. Former Coventry City defender Elliott Ward scored his first goal for Second placed Norwich as they came from behind to beat Millwall 2-1 at Carrow Road.Swansea are third after a 2-0 win at Bristol City whilst former Sky Blues Craig Bellamy and Jay Bothroyd scored for Cardiff in a 2-2 home draw against Reading. Sixth placed Leeds came back to snatch a 2-2 draw at Hull City.Bottom side Preston lost 2-0 at Barnsley, Middlesbrough beat Scunthorpe 2-0 whilst Michael Doyle's debut for Micky Adams' Sheffield United saw a 1-0 home defeat to Leicester City.Crystal Palace are out of the bottom three with a 1-1 draw against Watford at a foggy Vicarage Road whilst Burnley lost to Doncaster and Ipswich won 2-1 at Derby.
