City Could Not Afford Le Fondre Fee
Rotherham wanting £1.5m Reports now say that Coventry City did put in a bid for Rotherham United's Adam Le Fondre. City had the striker watched last season in a game against Cheltenham and made a £500k bid for the striker who moved from Rochdale to Rotherham. However, the Millers are reported as wanting £1.5m from any one interested in signing their centre forward and at that price, City had to relinguish their interest.
