City Boss Sees A Sunny Sunday
Player City boss watches scores Coventry City manager Andy Thorn had something to think about when Stephen 'Sunny' Sunday scored for CD Numancia this afternoon. Thorn had interupted his holiday in the Costa Del Sol to travel to Numancia to watch the 22 year old who is on loan from Valencia whom he has been tracking for three years. Sunday, who played in midfield for the Spanish Segunda Division side, scored the opening goal in the 28th minute against Girona. Numancia went on to win the game 4-0. Sunday has also played for Osasuna and Real Betis and this was his tenth appearance.
