City Associate Director Assault Case Adjourned For A Third Time

Ian Neale Court Case Latest The case of assault against Coventry City Associate Director and Nuneaton Town Chairman Ian Neale has been adjourned for a third time.Mr Neale was charged with assaulting a man and woman at an address in Nuneaton on November 12th. He had pleaded 'Not Guilty' to both charges on his first appearance in court on November 22nd.The CT are reporting that a Crown Prosecution Service representative has asked for more time to canvas the views of the complainants after Mr Neale's solicitor has said that his client would agree to be bound over if the charges were dropped.The case has been adjourned until January 10th with Neale's conditional bail requiring him to have no contact or visits to the addresses of the two complainants.
