Otium Entertainment Group are hosting a meeting of Ordinary B shareholders of Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd tonight.
The meeting for Shareholders only, takes place at the Coventry City Supporters Club, 50 Freehold Street, Coventry, on Tuesday 10 December 2013 at 8pm.
Shareholders attending the meeting should bring their share certificate and one form of identity as proof of membership.
The meeting has been called as part of the process by Otium Entertainment Group to get CCFC (Holdings) struck off the register of companies.
Tim Fisher said in a press statement on November 8th; "All assets sit within Otium Entertainment - including the Football League golden share - so the move to solvent dissolution of CCFC Holdings is simply another logical step in making our structure simpler and straightforward.
“We have said throughout that we intended to clean up the untidy structure we inherited and put all the assets and operations of the Football Club under a single entity and this is part of that process.”
